Your Tasks and Responsibilities
CRM Strategy Development: Design and implement CRM strategies that align with the company’s business and marketing objectives. Support CRM activation, usage, enhancements, maintenance, and connectivity in data foundation within NORLA with Sales Force and Quion. Customer Retention: Find and select relevant information that can be used to get a holistic view of the customer life cycle. Serve as the digital repository of all customers data and be able to extract the knowledge buried in these data to provide Marketing and Sales with key findings to build retention strategies. Cross-functional Collaboration:Support change management into usage of CRM platform within the organization. CRM Data Strategy: Find new and various ways to enlarge our customers databases. i,e. link data in websites or apps to upload into CRM tool Salesforce®, as well as, Continuously Improve the data connection and synergies within CRM platforms and other datasources in NORLA. Provide Sales and Marketing forces with the adequate training so that they are able to use CRM data to build their own analyses. CRM Technology: Oversee and optimize the use of CRM tools and platforms, ensuring integration with other company systems. Implement new capabilities into CRM platforms. Analysis and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the CRM information, using data to make continuous improvement. Building KPIs to follow up on Sales and Marketing initiatives.Who You Are
Education: University degree (Master or equivalent) At least 5 years of CRM experience. Broad knowledge in CRM Salesforce® tool. Ability to understand local market dynamics. Breath of perspective and influence. Ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment. Fluent in English (Portuguese desirable).
