We are seeking a bi-lingual CRM Manager (Spanish / English) to join our team of CRM at a Digital Agency. This role will report into the Head (the Based in the US) and will collaborate closely with internal, processes and systems that maintain customer relationships, the sales, support, and marketing teams.



Responsibilities:


  • Perform marketing activities including campaign briefing, copywriting email creation, and campaign optimization.
  • Use CRM tools to create audience segments to target relevant cohorts with appropriate campaigns.
  • Create and execute customer engagement/acquisition strategies in line with the company’s marketing and financial objectives.
  • Planning, managing and negotiating multiple digital campaigns with third parties where necessary.
  • Build and manage campaigns with messaging to customers or clients customized according to lifecycle stage and engagement level.
  • Lever from industry-leading marketing technology
  • Adopt a Test & Learn approach to campaign development, carry out regular A/B and multi-variant testing.
  • Analyze data from retention marketing campaigns and reporting performance insights to recommend improvements.
  • Develop overall business operations and awareness campaigns, overseeing performance analysis and updating where necessary
  • Develop creative briefs and assign to designers and copywriters to create high-quality, effective creative assets.
  • Assist and advise on personalized targeting and content when required.
  • Build and develop workflows according to brand’s objectives.




Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in CRM, direct marketing campaign development and execution and analytics required.
  • Experience in loyalty program management is a plus
  • Experience with various email marketing platforms, including Exact
  • Target, now called Salesforce Marketing Cloud 2.0, and triggered email
  • Programs such as Journey Builder, Pardot, or Hubspot etc. is a must
  • Experience developing integrated marketing strategies and integration of CRM with broader traditional and digital marketing efforts
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and understand relational data
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/processes at one time
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders from cross functional teams
  • Knowledge of basic HTML & LP creation.
