Customer Service Associates to push the boundaries and join our team of hard-working, driven individuals.
Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Associate, you will address various customer inquiries in a personalized, friendly, and informative manner, providing an exceptional customer experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Field customer questions and complaints in a pleasant, professional manner; escalate when appropriate following the proper procedures.
- Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns.
- Document customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comment appropriately according to client requirements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) B
