About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Transformation Specialist to join our team at Google Inc. as a Technical Account Manager Associate II, Google Cloud Consulting. In this role, you will play a critical part in helping customers successfully adopt Google Cloud products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accelerate Customer Adoption: Lead the implementation journey, providing technical guidance and managing timelines, milestones, migration goals, and business transformation strategies.
  • Advocate for Customer Needs: Advocate for customer needs to overcome adoption blockers and drive new feature development, leading across multiple work streams and teams to maintain customer momentum.
  • Develop Strategic Roadmaps: Develop relationships with stakeholders to understand customer business needs, develop strategic roadmaps, and lead quarterly business reviews, executing sessions to better understand business and technical needs.
  • Plan for Customer Events: Plan for customer events and launches, partnering with Support, Engineers, and Site Reliability Engineers to ensure customer success, and work with customers and Support to guide issues/escalations to resolution.
  • Develop Best Practices: Develop best practices and assets based on learnings from customer engagements to support initiatives to scale through partners and accelerate Google Cloud adoption.
