Now offering a $15,000 MXN hiring bonus (*Applies only for new hires):

  • $3,500 MXN upon graduating from training (2 weeks) and Nesting (3 days), at the end of the first 2 weeks and with a minimum requirement of 100% attendance during those 2 weeks.
  • $5,500 MXN upon completion of a total of 6 weeks, with a minimum attendance requirement of 92% during those 6 weeks.
  • $6,000 MXN upon completing 90 days in production (after completing the first 6 weeks), with a minimum requirement of 92% attendance during those 90 days.

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) working on-site in Mexico City, you'll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences, while also enjoying the satisfaction of being part of a unique culture.

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you will work to assist customers with updating, modifying, or creating new car rental reservations. You will also resolve customer requests or issues via phone.

During a Typical Day, You'll

  • Answer incoming communications from customers
  • Connect and resolve issues with customers using excellent verbal communication
  • Get in contact with different people and departments to ensure correct follow-up
  • Take inbound phone calls and follow up on outbound cases according to operational needs

What You Bring to the Role

  • High school diploma
  • At least one (1) year of technical support, troubleshooting or customer service experience.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
