**Head of ad revenue**:
We are looking for enthusiastic people who work as a team and who function easily in dynamic environments.
**About you**:
If you like working in the communication and entertainment industry and have experience carrying out Data, you could contribute to us.
**Your activities will be**:
- Revenue Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to maximize ad revenue while ensuring a positive user experience.
- Inventory Management: Manage and optimize the publisher's ad inventory to ensure efficient allocation and maximize revenue.
- Yield Management: Implement yield management techniques to optimize ad pricing and placement.
- Ad Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ad serving platform, ensuring smooth delivery and tracking of ads.
- Data Analysis: Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize campaigns.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of ad operations specialists and analysts.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with advertisers, ad networks, and demand-side platforms (DSPs).
- Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the digital advertising industry.
**If you have**:
- Proven track record of minimun 5 to 10 years in ad revenue and inventory management for publishers.
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, yield management, and ad operations.
- Experience with ad serving platforms and data analytics tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
