Estamos en búsqueda de un ingeniero en soporte técnico, que se encargue de realizar la atención a nuestros clientes **nível L2**, que cuente con el interés de orientar al usuario en la solución de los problemas que se pudieran presentar al utilizar nuestras plataformas.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Proporcionar asistencia a los usuarios que presentan fallas o problemas al utilizar nuestros sistemas.
- Apoyar con asistencia remota desde distintos medios incluyendo: correo electrónico, computadora, chat, aplicación o teléfono.
- Apoyar con la detección de las fallas de los usuarios y brindarles solución.
- Instalaciones de SQL
- Capacitar a los a usuarios de manera remota
**Requerimientos**:
- Conocimientos básicos en programación
- 2 años de experiência en soporte de Software
- Amplio Conocimiento en SQL, (instalación, querys, respaldos, restauraciones)
- Sistemas operativos Windows y Linux
- Experiência realizando diagramas de flujo
- Conocimiento básico en redes
- Inglés intermedio (deseable)
