Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Support Associate II to join our Zapopan Warehouse team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch support to our customers, driving order performance, and exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide expert-level customer service to Component Sales teams, direct customers, and the programming production team.
  2. Oversee Order-to-Invoicing processes for assigned customer base, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  3. Support sales teams and direct customer contact within Bond/Planned Demand and FQR/CAPA quality assurance processes.
  4. Assist sales with quote-to-order issues, identifying potential adaptors, automation, adaptor conversion, and facilitating First Article Samples.
  5. Represent the Programming/Distribution center's interests during facility visits, tours, and audits, ensuring correct paths to resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-3 years related experience in customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving, conflict management, and solution development skills.
  • High proficiency in English.

Compensation Details

The estimated salary range for this position is $17,658.33 - $24,200.00 MXN per month, dependent on qualifications and experience.
