Customer Service Relationship Manager

Citi seeks a highly motivated Customer Service Analyst 2 to join our team. This intermediate-level position involves providing exceptional client support, working closely with the Customer Service team to deliver timely resolutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal partners and external clients, collaborating with key teams to identify and resolve issues
- Ensure customer inquiries are addressed efficiently and in compliance with departmental standards
- Conduct thorough analyses to address client needs and communicate effective resolutions
- Maintain client relationships through regular calls and face-to-face interactions
- Provide transparent updates on problem resolution and market issues
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to present concepts and influence change
- Proven ability to work under limited supervision within a team environment
- A strong focus on delivering high-quality customer service and building long-term client relationships
**Benefits:**
