Key Responsibilities- Provide effective communication and negotiation skills to resolve customer complaints and issues
- Achieve collection goals by providing customer service and securing payments
- Conduct win-win negotiations with customers to resolve overdue account payments
- Provide general billing support to clarify doubts and resolve issues related to overdue payments or fees
- Listen, respond, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Advanced conversational English skills to converse seamlessly with U.S. customers
- Personal computer experience with Microsoft Windows and Office
- Previous experience in customer care, billing, collections, or similar roles is highly desired
- Ability to work 40 hours per week during operation hours from 7:00 am to 9:15 pm CST, Monday to Friday
- Ability to work in the office 100% of the time
- Monthly base salary: MXN$18,225 (before taxes)
- Monthly grocery vouchers: MXN $1,519 every 14 days
- Monthly restaurant vouchers: MXN $1,216 every 14 days
- Life insurance
- Vacation days, plus three personal days, onsite medical and more
- 50% discount on five lines of AT&T Wireless service
