Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at World Courier de Mexico S.A. de C.V. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process orders received via various channels, including email, online order entry, and phone, and provide confirmations as requested.
  • Route shipments, considering commodity and volume, temperature control, and transit time requirements, to ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with multiple external and internal customers, providing accurate information and resolving issues in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Adhere to all procedures, work instructions, and regulatory requirements in performing the job.
  • Maintain accurate information regarding shipment status and communicate with internal departments as needed.
  • Provide customers with accurate answers to service-related questions and complaints, escalating issues to the appropriate person as required.
  • Make suggestions and recommendations to the Supervisor/Manager to continually improve customer service operations.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent in a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse customer service role.
  • Strong work ethic, sense of responsibility, and high level of attention to detail.
  • Proactive customer focus and ability to work in a team and independently.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and ability to communicate clearly in English, Spanish, and French.
