Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at World Courier de Mexico S.A. de C.V. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process orders and shipments, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
  • Communicate with internal and external customers to resolve issues and provide updates
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer service and support
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent in a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service or logistics role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and order entry systems
