Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at FedEx Express Lac. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of our station.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle customer packages, including receiving, processing, and shipping, ensuring accurate and efficient handling.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, report preparation, and filing, to support the smooth operation of the station.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and objectives, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including special projects and tasks.
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, administrative, or operations roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in English (600 TOEIC points) required.
