Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at FedEx Express Latin America and Caribbean Division. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with package tracing, answer questions regarding FedEx products and services, and provide over-the-counter and phone service.
  • Prepare various operations reports, maintain and audit records and files, and review airway bills as assigned.
  • Check packages for proper labeling, legality of content, and compliance with Customs documentation requirements.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to Station Ops Manager and interface with customers on customs-related issues.
  • Maintain a neat and clean appearance of the workplace and front counter, and recognize new customers or additional business opportunities.
Requirements
  • High School degree or equivalent.
  • Spoken and written fluency in local language and demonstrated basic English.
  • One (1) year previous clerical or customer service experience in a service environment.
  • Good general office skills, including typing, filing, and computer literacy.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and human relations skills.
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.
