About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting new sales opportunities, developing pipelines, and closing deals. You will work closely with our team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and pass them on to the appropriate resource.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect for new sales opportunities and develop a pipeline of potential customers
  • Closely collaborate with our team to identify and pursue high-value sales opportunities
  • Hit or exceed monthly and annual targets while maintaining strong performance
  • Actively engage in coaching and learning from our experienced team members
  • Accurately log all activities and customer contacts in Salesforce
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and business development. Your background should include:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, retention, credit, and collections
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
  • Commitment to a flexible schedule that aligns with our client's needs
  • Intermediate computer skills and experience with CRM software
