The Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Professional to deliver exceptional support from inquiry to departure. Collaborating closely with field operators, this role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to cater to guests' needs.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot escalated guest issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain a welcoming relationship with guests through prompt responses to messages.
- Support field operation teams in delivering consistent guest experiences.
- Update relevant systems with customer information and property details.
- Offer accurate information about AvantStay properties and policies.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Spanish proficiency is an asset.
- At least 2 years of customer service and/or concierge experience.
- Zendesk experience is advantageous.
- Strong communication and attention to detail.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to understand business concepts.
- Excellent self-management skills and prioritization abilities.
What We Offer:
- Fully remote work environment with flexible scheduling.
- Full-time position.
- A competitive hourly rate: $15.60-$26.40/hour (based on USD $6-10/hour and assuming 20 hours/week).
