Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Support Engineer to join our team at Oracle. As a key member of our support organization, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise to customers, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and Value-Added Resellers (VARs) for the resolution of problems related to the installation, maintenance, and use of Oracle products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers, OEMs, and VARs for Oracle products
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Oracle products and platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Act as a technical interface for customers, OEMs, and VARs

Requirements:

  • University degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of relevant working experience, preferably 2+ years with Oracle/PeopleSoft products
  • Prior experience in providing technical customer support
  • Technical experience with Application Engines, SQRs, PeopleCode, and troubleshooting/debugging

Preferred Qualifications:

  • General understanding of ERP products (FMS, SCM, HCM, CRM) and exposure to associated systems and software
  • Technical skills in relational databases (Oracle, SQLServer or DB2), operating systems (Microsoft Windows, UNIX, Linux or AS400), programming languages, web technologies, and analytical approach to troubleshooting
