Job Description

This is a customer-facing role where you will be responsible for resolving technical issues and providing support to customers. You will work closely with our team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
