Customer Success Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Team Leader to join our team in Mexico City, Mexico. As a key member of our Global Service Center (GSC), you will play a vital role in managing the customer success partner team and supporting the area sales team in growing assigned accounts.
Job Description- Manage the Customer Success Partner team to ensure seamless execution of account management activities and develop strong customer relationships.
- Drive Engagement by fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication among team members and stakeholders.
- Standardize processes to enhance efficiency and productivity while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with One Team Sales to ensure effective support on transactional process execution and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor and drive invoice quality by analyzing root causes and implementing corrective measures.
- Lead efforts to improve customer Net Promoter Score (NPS) through data-driven insights and strategic planning.
- Review customer compliance and provide actionable recommendations to client managers.
- Assign leads for potential new business opportunities and drive online uptake.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success or relevant management experience.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial knowledge and ability to analyze financial data.
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
