We are seeking a motivated Business Growth Specialist to be part of our global Customer Success team.

The successful candidate will serve a critical role to retain current business, identify and mitigate risk, and support the growth of key customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Becoming a trusted advocate/advisor to customers: gain insight, offer recommendations, and provide support needed to attain stated outcomes
  • Delivering exceptional customer experience: ensure customers derive value from Clarivate products and services; work with colleagues to ensure swift issue resolution
  • Overseeing customer training & implementing customer adoption strategies to maximize usage, satisfaction, and ROI
  • Driving growth: secure existing business and identify expansion opportunities across the range of products and services offered by Clarivate
  • Providing high-level governance and operational oversight: establish and maintain effective internal working relationships by coordinating with geographically distributed virtual matrix teams across multiple business verticals and functions

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 5 years of Customer Success or Account Management experience
  • Fluency in English and Spanish

Prior experience in academic libraries, government, or higher education is strongly preferred.
