**Job Summary**

As a Commercial Manager at Michael Page, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth. This role requires a strong leader who can manage a sales team, build relationships with key clients, and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage a sales team to ensure targets are met
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients
  • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Contribute to the development of the company's strategic plans

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a sales or commercial role within the industrial / manufacturing sector
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of market trends and sales strategies
  • High-level analytical skills and a results-driven approach
