Business Development Operations Manager for Uber's GTM Teams

The Sales Operations team at Uber plays a vital role in supporting our Business-to-Business (B2B) teams globally. We provide strategic direction and reduce friction in the sales process, enabling our teams to sell and service more efficiently.
This position specializes in supporting Uber Health and Uber Transit teams, focusing on building Growth-Through-Marketing (GTM) strategies to optimize travel for patients, caregivers, and transit users.
Key Responsibilities:
- BUILDING A ROADMAP: Develop a comprehensive plan for sales operations support for the teams you work with.
- CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION: Work closely with other departments to build sales strategies and operational processes.
- PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS: Create, own, scale, and automate operational sales processes.
- DATA ANALYSIS: Conduct business performance reviews with senior leadership and gather data on US and international accounts.
- PLANNING AND EXECUTION: Own sales planning, semi-annual quota planning, and other planning cadences.
- TERRITORY MANAGEMENT: Influence and enforce rules of engagement across sales teams and handle disputes over territories and attainment crediting.
- AD-HOC ANALYSIS: Perform analysis, build dashboards, and effectively communicate results.
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of strategy and operations experience, with 3 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, preferably in a fast-growing B2B environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, etc.).
- Experience expanding a sales team within the US or internationally.
- Experience working in a complex matrix organization.
- Experience working directly with senior sales leadership.
- Familiarity with SQL or Python for managing large datasets and synthesizing insights using Excel or Google Suite.
Estimated Salary:
$115,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
