A Career Opportunity as a Support Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, ensuring seamless operations, and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.

About the Job

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately €45,000 per annum, plus benefits such as health insurance, disability payment, and an economic incentive program for employee referrals. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to customer requests and issues.
  • Lead and resolve incidents and requests across various operational areas.
  • D diagnose and fix complex technical issues, advancing as needed while following defined procedures.
  • Work closely with teams from different functions to ensure operational issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain and support hardware and software infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience in providing on-site support as a support analyst in a similar IT environment.
  • Strong knowledge of operational workflows and support procedures.
Skills and Qualifications

You will require:

  • Expertise in equipment maintenance, both at the hardware and software levels, including printers, VPN, and technical diagnostics.
  • Experience with management tools, equipment support, and incident management software.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with different teams and users.
