Outbound Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team in the French Market. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with HR experts to understand their needs and pain points.
- Prospect, strategize, and qualify leads while partnering with Account Executives to ensure a smooth sales cycle.
- Connect with prospects via cold-calling, LinkedIn, and emailing, leveraging various sources such as networking, e-marketing, and campaigns.
- Coordinate calls and meetings between qualified leads and the AE team.
- Develop a personalized strategy to gather prospect information online and leverage it in sales efforts.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, CX, and Product teams to drive sales growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and customer experience.
- Utilize tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, and Loom to streamline sales processes.
- Have a solid understanding of how to roll out successful outbound campaigns and implement an efficient qualification methodology.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer-oriented roles, such as Sales Development Representative, Sales Assistant, Business Developer, or Sales Agent.
- Proficiency in using tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, and Loom.
- Experience in sales at a SaaS-based company or digital environment.
- Strong organizational skills, team player, and self-motivator.
- Fluency in French and English.
