Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to act as a liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Your primary role will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities by establishing strong relationships with potential clients. To succeed in this position, you must have experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas.

Key Responsibilities

- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities to drive pipeline growth.

- Review, validate, and approve leads for field sales managers or channel partners to drive pipeline growth through outbound sales activity.

- Present our company to potential clients to establish trust and credibility.

- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate video conferencing products.

- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Some related industry experience is highly desired.

- Experience with CRM software and familiarity with MS Excel is a plus.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.

- Ability to deliver engaging presentations and build long-term relationships with clients.
