About the Role

JumpCloud is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success department, you will play a critical role in supporting the core functions, operations, and programs that drive our business forward.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of data dashboards, reports, and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure JumpCloud remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS-based environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Experience with data analysis tools, such as Tableau or Salesforce.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
