Customer Success Specialist Mexico

Your mission will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, positioning Clara as the go-to spend management solution. You'll be responsible for managing and prospecting new clients, developing sales and marketing plans, and serving as the commercial contact for existing and new clients.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 5+ years of experience in a KAM/CSM role in a B2B model
* Structured thinking and a focus on results
* English professional proficiency
* An innovator's soul and a willingness to adapt to change
* Experience in the financial, banking, or insurance sector is a plus
* Ability to develop strong relationships at the C-level of enterprise companies
