About the Role

The Account Manager - Retail is a pivotal position within Logitech's thriving sales team in Mexico, specializing in E-commerce and Retail Sales. This role involves overseeing the E-tail and Retail Division, reporting to the Mexico E-tail and Retail Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft and implement strategies to drive market share increase and margin profitability.
  • Manage promotional and planning activities to ensure successful category delivery.
  • Develop customer business plans and utilize marketing, trade, and category management resources to grow business with customers.
  • Collaborate with multiple Retail and Online customers to drive sales growth and profitability.
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience in quota-carrying sales roles, preferably in consumer products or technology, E-commerce, and traditional retail.
  • Proven success as a sales representative, consistently exceeding revenue goals at a high-growth company.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience collaborating across global sales organizations.
  • Passion for developing customer relationships and identifying/capitalizing on opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen, adept at maintaining business plans, leading through key metrics, and delivering results.
