Job Summary

As a Customer Service Operations Manager at Wallenius Wilhelmsen, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of customer service operations. This position requires a strong leader who can coordinate and guarantee 100% of customer requirements in various areas, including inventory management, reception, shipments, and system updates.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Inventory Management: Ensure that daily operations reporting is provided in a truthful, complete, and timely manner, controlling inventory 100%.
  2. Customer Follow-up: Provide timely follow-up to specific customer requirements, ensuring their needs are met.
  3. Process Improvement: Identify areas of opportunity in the customer service process and implement corrective actions.
  4. Training and Development: Train customer service personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills to provide excellent service.
  5. Performance Monitoring: Monitor KPIs and statistical results of receipt and shipment processes.
  6. System Updates: Periodically validate updates to systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  7. Planning and Coordination: Plan and coordinate receipt, shipments, and internal physical and fiscal inventories.
  8. Communication: Maintain constant communication with internal teams and stakeholders regarding special requests and shipment results.
  9. Decision-making: Make informed decisions regarding the customer service department, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Requirements

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Commerce, or Logistics.
  2. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of customer service, planning, and communication principles.
  3. Experience: 2 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on customer service and operations management.
  4. Language: Proficiency in English (en-US) is required.
  5. Travel: Availability to travel as required by the role.
