Job Description:
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will provide world-class service to our customers via phone, email, and live chat support. Your key responsibilities will include resolving issues reported by clients' end-users, managing test labs, and documenting interactions according to standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
- Willingness to complete assessments, including a typing test of 25+ wpm
- Excellent communication skills, written and orally
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Adaptability and flexibility in working with processes and information changes
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED
- Participation in a background screening is required
