About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk Technician to join our Global Delivery Team based in Mexico City. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our worldwide operations, including the US, Central and South America, the UK, and India.
Your duties will include monitoring and resolving incoming tickets, administering Office365 and Active Directory, installing software, imaging laptops, and following Service Level Agreements. You will also troubleshoot and support user laptops and software-related issues, as well as desktop and laptop imaging and software deployments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Bilingual, fluent in English (spoken and written) and Spanish
- At least one year of prior experience with good understanding of Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Hard working, flexible, and eager to learn
- Available to travel
