   Job Role Overview

   As a key member of our Diageo team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support while analyzing and improving service delivery. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer issues efficiently, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.

   Key Responsibilities

   • Analyze and investigate customer complaints, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.

   • Develop and maintain knowledge of Diageo products, services, and policies to provide informed support and guidance to customers.

   • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.

   • Identify areas for service improvement and contribute to the development of strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

   Requirements

   • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.

   • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.

   • Proficient in using technology to support customer service, including CRM systems and other software applications.
