The Opportunity:

This role is part of a 1-year project, with the possibility of extending for 2 years. As a Customer Service Analyst, you will partner with Global Business Services (GBS) teams and site leadership to ensure day-to-day order processing for PepsiCo operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and process orders efficiently, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, addressing issues and providing solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order discrepancies and improve processes.
  • Provide backup support to other analysts during vacations or peak periods.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work in the US time zone (40 hours/week, 8 hours/day, 1 hour lunch break).
  • Previous experience in customer service, supply chain, or related field (1-2 years).
  • Fluent English speaker with advanced speaking skills (must).
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
