**Commercial Music Streaming Sales Leader - Mexico City Opportunity**

At Salescode, we build and deploy sales teams globally, efficiently, and faster than anybody else. As a commercial music streaming sales leader, you will be responsible for leading our inside sales team in Mexico City.

We enable and support growth for the SaaS industry by providing tailor-made sales services throughout the entire sales cycle on a global scale. Our 800 experts develop and implement sales ecosystems for industry-leading customers across 190+ countries.

You will be responsible for driving team KPIs and productivity while building a strong ambition to succeed for both individuals and the team. This includes participating in business planning exercises, developing succession plans within the team, and performing ongoing coaching activities with sales service agents.

In this role, you will also be responsible for removing obstacles to productivity and team sales success. You will guarantee forecast/predictability and maximize margin through the right activities, process of management, and KPIs. Additionally, you will act as a mentor for the inside sales team, training them on their sales abilities and metrics management.

The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000 per year, considering the location and industry standards. As a commercial music streaming sales leader, you will have the opportunity to drive outstanding results for our clients and outperform customer expectations.
