Job Title: Sales Director - Commercial Growth Leader

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our commercial growth efforts and drive strategic account planning, acquisitions, and customer satisfaction for our assigned accounts.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop customer roadmap strategies, define strategic priorities, and set acquisition targets for each region.
  • Acquisition Management: Define technical and commercial offers, and obtain quote approvals for the U.S. region.
  • Sales Growth and New Business Opportunities: Generate sales growth and new business opportunities with customer accounts and end markets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Manage customer relationships through proper interfaces according to customer organization and decision processes.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction through appropriate metrics.
  • Functional Strategies: Assist in creating functional strategies and specific objectives to support the functional infrastructure.
  • Sales Policies and Procedures: Ensure adherence to the organization's Sales policies and procedures.
  • Budget Development: Develop budgets for customer accounts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Purchasing internally, as well as with customer functions.
  • Commercial Agreements: Negotiate commercial agreements/contracts with customers beneficial to the Company.

**Requirements:**

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field required.
  • Experience: 5+ years of commercial experience in an Automotive, Commercial Vehicle, Agriculture, Construction, Powersports, and/or Industrial field.
  • Managerial Experience: 8+ years of managerial experience required.
  • Customer-Facing Experience: Customer-facing experience preferred.
  • Product/Process Design and Development Knowledge: Product/process design and development knowledge.
  • Exhaust or Powertrain Systems Understanding: Exhaust or Powertrain systems understanding.
  • Tier 1 Parts Experience: Tier 1 parts experience a strong plus (Sales, Engineering, Program Management).
  • Financial Acumen: Someone who takes complete ownership of all financial aspects of their account(s).
  • Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinker with high business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit to grow the business relationship with the customer.
