Job Summary:
Job Title: Sales Director – Protein Processors
Custom Culinary seeks a seasoned Sales Director to lead our protein sales efforts and drive business growth in the protein segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with our overall business strategy.
- Lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to maximize their potential.
- Monitor sales performance against targets, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand our customer base.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to equal employment opportunity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years' experience in the protein segment (meat, poultry, fish, and alternative proteins).
- Fully bilingual (English 100%).
- Travel: 40%.
- BI Tools: CRM, Power BI, PP, Excel.
