About the Job

LSEG Mexico is seeking an intern to join its Customer Success Management Division. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the success of our clients and contributing to the growth of our business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the CSM team in delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Curious and self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English
