About the Role

The Client Onboard Analyst 2 is a key professional role within Citi's Institutional Client Onboarding team. This position plays a crucial part in ensuring seamless onboarding experiences for our clients, while also driving process improvements and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of account opening functions.
  • Manage day-to-day account opening and maintenance processing, including in-process, pended, and service-related activities.
  • Develop and implement new work procedures, analyzing complex and variable issues with significant departmental impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and deliver high-quality service to clients.
  • Ensure awareness and compliance with internal processes, regulations, policies, guidelines, procedures, and practices.
  • Establish and maintain close working relationships with clients and internal teams to facilitate open and direct communication.
Requirements
  • 0-2 years of experience in documentation review, account maintenance, and related cash products.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills, pro-active team player, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, persistent, and able to work in a structured, high-volume, time-sensitive, high-risk environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and able to handle urgent and escalation cases.
  • Proficient knowledge of English (written and spoken).
Education

Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
