Italian Market Sales Executive Lead

We're seeking an experienced Sales Executive to lead our team in the Italian market, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team.

About the Role:
  • Lead and mentor a team of Sales Account Executives focused on expanding our presence in the Italian market.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effectiveness in achieving business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with experience in managing high-performing teams and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
