We are seeking a talented and energetic sales professional to support our continued growth in Mexico.

As the key conduit between MGA Entertainment, Inc. and our retail customers, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our business within the region, maximizing opportunities, and building strong relationships.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and maintain sales relationships with retail customer accounts in the FMCG, toys, and fashion industries.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.

• Create and present business plans to senior decision-makers, highlighting key sales strategies and financial projections.

• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, applying this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing and/or Business Management, with additional post-graduate studies highly regarded.

• At least 5 years of experience in sales/account management, preferably in the FMCG, toys, or fashion industries.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
