Role Summary: As a Territory Account Executive at Sophos, you will be responsible for managing an assigned territory within the Mid-Market & Enterprise segment. Your primary objective will be to generate and pursue leads, achieving sales quotas by executing and maintaining a territory account plan from prospecting to building a consistent revenue pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategy for your assigned territory, focusing on generating mid-market and enterprise accounts sales pipeline, qualifying opportunities, and accurately forecasting pipeline.
  • Achieve quarterly sales goals through effective management of the sales process, driving high renewal rates and cross-sell opportunities in the territory.
  • Engage with customers to understand their business pain points, priorities, and drivers, aligning Sophos solutions with customer desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Channel Sales team and partner community to create a pipeline through indirect engagements, ensuring seamless communication and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with sales engineering and channel partners throughout the sales cycle to achieve high adoption rates of Sophos technology.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales roles working with end-users or channel partners, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the mid-market business sales cycle, buyer personas, decision-making processes, and successful navigation skills.
  • Exceptional opportunity discovery and deal qualification skills, value proposition presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities.
  • Customer-centric orientation with strong relationship-building skills via email, telephone, and in-person interactions.
  • Technical proficiency and ability to explain different technologies' benefits, with strong cybersecurity knowledge as an added advantage.
  • Experience in selling through and with channel partners, with the ability to thrive in a team-selling environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Benefits and Salary Information:
