$80,000 - $110,000 per year
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Professional to join our cloud and AI services team. As a Technical Support Professional, you will be responsible for monitoring the health and performance of systems, applications, and infrastructure, and responding to incidents or issues promptly to ensure high availability and reliability. You will also develop and implement automation tools and processes to streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

- Automation: Develop and implement automation tools and processes to streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and improve efficiency.
- Incident Management: Investigate and resolve incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures to avoid future occurrences.
