About the Role
In this exciting opportunity, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional technical support for cloud-based applications. As a Technical Support Professional - Cloud Services, your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless infrastructure and application operations across the organization's portfolio.
You will work closely with application development teams to guarantee operational readiness for new applications and features. This collaboration is essential to driving innovation and improving service quality.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering reliable infrastructure and application operations according to business expectations.
- Partnering with application development teams to deliver operational readiness for new applications and features.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define roadmaps for applications and processes.
- Driving continual service improvement and innovation in productivity, software quality, and reliability.
- Maintaining thorough understanding of ITIL processes related to incident management, problem management, and application life cycle management.
- Monitoring and analyzing business operational and technical key metrics.
- Effectively communicating complex problems, concepts, and solutions to varied audiences.
- Participating in large-scale upgrades and initiatives.
- Partnering with security, data center, and service governance teams to ensure compliance with internal and external standards and certifications.
- Ensuring documentation, processes, and procedures are updated regularly.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience supporting applications built on modern architecture and cloud infrastructure, including .NET, Postgres, Oracle, SQL Server, and Docker.
- 2-3 years of experience as an Application Support Analyst or similar role.
- A proven track record of monitoring and analyzing business operational and technical key metrics.
