Smb Business Development Specialist

The Sales Executive for Small Businesses will be responsible for driving growth and expansion within our Small-to-Medium Business (SMB) segment. This individual will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies to acquire new customers, increase sales, and expand existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas
- BUILD AND MANAGE A SALES PIPELINE THROUGH PROSPECTING EFFORTS IN THE ASSIGNED TERRITORY WITHIN THE SMB OR MID-MARKET SEGMENT
- Collaborate with internal teams and the broader Docusign partner ecosystem to drive adoption and usage with customers and prospects
- Forecast sales activity and revenue achievements accurately through proper use of sales tools
- Travel as necessary, typically 10%
We are seeking a highly motivated self-starter who is eager to learn, determined to adapt quickly, and comfortable with some ambiguity. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience managing and closing software sales-cycles
- Demonstrated ability to over-achieve quotas in past positions
- IT industry and multinational environment background
- English - intermediate level and above
Docusign offers a competitive salary range of $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
