Sales Channel Manager

As a Sales Channel Manager for American Standard in Central Mexico, you will play a key role in driving sales revenue and meeting business objectives. This position requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to plan and implement sales activities with key customers.

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant experience, with 4-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction-related industries.
- Bilingual Spanish/English skills are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet retention growth and profitability targets.
- Collaborate with executive management as a valued sales team member.
- Sell new products, emerging products, and multi-products to key customers.
- Deliver high-quality seminar presentations for new customers and the sales team.
- Create competitive sales campaigns and targeted strategies.
- Work closely with commercial, finance, and logistics teams to deliver products to customers.
- Manage expenses within company policies and budgets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant experience.
- Bilingual Spanish/English.
- 4-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction-related industries.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, mathematical thinking, and administrative abilities.
