Bilingual Customer Support Specialist for Percepta - Client AVIS

Location: Reservation Center.

Department: Customer Service

Reports to: Customer Service Supervisor

Position Overview:

The Bilingual Customer Support Specialist is tasked with delivering outstanding customer service to AVIS clients, managing reservations, addressing inquiries, and efficiently resolving issues. This role demands clear communication and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.



Salary: 85 MXN per hour, Monday to Saturday, approximately 17,600 MXN monthly.



Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage incoming calls and emails from clients to handle reservations, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues related to car rental services.
  2. Provide precise information regarding rates, vehicle availability, and company policies.
  3. Process changes and cancellations of reservations following company guidelines.
  4. Professionally address customer complaints, seeking satisfactory resolutions for all parties involved.
  5. Document and update customer information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and satisfactory customer experience.
  7. Stay informed about AVIS products and services, including current promotions and special offers.

Requirements:

Education: High school diploma; higher education in administration, tourism, communication, or related fields is preferred.

Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a call center or service industry.

Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.

Languages: COMPLETE Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
