Overview

As a seasoned professional in the protein industry, we are seeking a skilled Sales Director to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for our protein processing clients. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with our business strategy, analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
  2. Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to maximize their potential and achieve sales targets.
  3. Monitor sales performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to achieve Annual Operating KPIs, including revenue, profitability, and portfolio transformation.
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand our customer base.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, attending industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to gather market intelligence and identify potential business leads.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years' experience in the protein segment, including ingredient experience.
  • Fully bilingual, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
