Job Description:We are seeking a Strategic Licensing Partnership Manager to join our team in Mexico City, Mexico. As a key member of our Enterprises Businesses team, you will be responsible for prospecting and executing sales goals with P&L responsibility, administrative, project, and business support to licensees and partners in Latin America.
Your primary focus will be on achieving annual sales goals, creating new businesses and product development aligned with our strategy, and managing multiple projects across various categories. You will also be responsible for gathering and maintaining information for product development schedules, creating comprehensive product documentation, and supporting the team with innovative licensing partnership ideas.
You will work closely with our Social Impact, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams to drive business growth and manage licensee relationships. Your excellent writing and communication skills will enable you to negotiate and draft deal memos, prepare decks and pitches, and coordinate trade shows and advertising materials.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong management and P&L experience, with proven sales results and a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. You should be computer proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Internet, with excellent multitasking and productivity skills.
