About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Eli Lilly and Company. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business results and creating customer value through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Develop and execute sales strategies that align with corporate and business unit goals, and drive business results through effective sales planning and execution.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver business results, including sales, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, and identify opportunities to create customer value through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions.
  • Develop and Coach Sales Teams: Develop and coach sales teams to achieve sales targets and drive business results, and identify opportunities to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive Innovation and Change: Drive innovation and change within the sales organization, and identify opportunities to improve sales processes and customer experiences.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Leadership Experience: Proven sales leadership experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a strong track record of driving business results and creating customer value.
  • Strategic Thinking and Planning: Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with corporate and business unit goals.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen and Analytical Skills: Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities to drive business results and create customer value.
