**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Sales Manager to join our team at AbbVie. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales performance and brand growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and brand performance metrics
• Lead, develop, and coach a team of sales professionals to optimize sales performance and customer engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of brand strategies
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies and optimize resource allocation
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
• Monitor and report on sales performance and brand metrics to inform business decisions

**Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• Proven track record of success in sales leadership or management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience in developing and managing high-performing sales teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
